C. Approval of November 19, 2025 Minutes: Lisa Strandberg moves, Richard Dodge seconds approval. Motion carries.
D. Treasurer’s Report-Deb Langacker; Balance $10,333.08
E. Vote – President Nomination: Liz Croley. Laurie moves, Molly seconds nomination of Liz Croley. Motion carries.
F. Vote – Treasurer Nomination Melanie Haen: Susan moves, Liz seconds nomination. Motion carries.
G. Coordinated Entry Update-Liz Croley: Note the balance of state requests in the update. BOS is also looking for people with lived experience of homelessness. Contact Adam Hurst. BoS Annual Conference will be in Appleton Feb. 10-12, 2026 at the Hilton Paper Valley. QR code in the CE Update. PiT will be Jan. 28th; looking for more volunteers; Contact Liz. Remember to invite your elected officials to participate.
H. Vote Policy on Speakers-Susan Garcia Franz; Richard moves, Lisa seconds approval. Motion carries.
I. Committee Updates
a. DEI Committee Report Tracie La Rue Moen: They have a speaker they would like to bring forward in the next year.
b. Affordable Housing Report Susan Garcia Franz: Working to sign on Housing Champions. QR code to be a Champion will be on the website; please share that QR code. Looking for places to give our presentation. Advocacy day coming up in March in Madison.
c. Increase in Employment Income Jennie Moore: No report.
d. Coordination and Engagement – Inclusive Structure & Participation Liz Croley: Looking for agencies/churches to be access points.
e. Churches United in Care--Nadine Duncan: No report
J. Fox Cities Housing Alliance Update--Kristine Giornalista: Overall goal to increase housing production of all types with a focus on increasing home ownership for new homeowners. There are 3 action teams: improving regulations, community education and engagement, financing tools (community land trust feasibility assessment and starting a loan pool) Will be creating a website and a newsletter. Grand Chute will be talking about their housing study in January. Greenville has a proposal for a new subdivision that would have included apartments but it was sent back to committee. If you live in Greenville, keep an eye on that. Badger State Housing Alliance has their Curds of WISDOM the second Wednesday of each month at noon, but the January one will be Jan. 21st and will be focusing on HUD. A past Curds of WISDOM explained a landlord incentive program that is happening in Milwaukee.
