Have a zoning focus workshop planned for June 24th (invitations will be coming out; will be “in the weeds” and very technical but if you’d like to attend, contact Kristine at birdhouseconsult@gmail.com). Did a community land trust survey and waiting for results: Some tensions about which agency could/should take it on. Policy agenda will be brought to steering committee on May 29th. On a separate note, the My Housing Voice survey is closing on May 25. We have ~200 responses, which is great.
