C.      Approval of July 7, 2025, Minutes: Lisa Strandberg moves, Susan Garcia Franz seconds approval.  Motion carries.         

D.     Treasurer’s Update--Deb Langacker:  No deposits.  Expenses for 25 KwikTrip gift cards--$250.  Balance $11,249.26

E.      Spotlight: Deep Dive Coordinated Entry --Liz Croley:  attached.  Unofficial # for PiT:  173, about 25 more than last year

F.      2025/2026 Action Plans--Rachel Youngquist: May report on the two present action plans quarterly (criminalization and non cash income)  instead of monthly.  Need to pick 2 new action items each year.  Picked two new ones:  System performance measure (S.A., Advocap and Pillars) to increase employment income.  2. Expanded participation in co-ordinated entry.   Will be getting together a committee for each one.  Reach out to Rachel if you’d like to join one of the committees

a.      DEI Committee Report --Tracie La Rue Moen: No report

b.      Affordable Housing Report--Susan Garcia Franz:  On the agenda for Outagamie Co. Health and Human Services meeting.  Also working on continued communication with people who have attended events and express interest. Anyone want to join, we meet the first Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m over zoom.  Contact Connie at fchc.updates@gmail.com

G.     By-law change vote in September--Rachel Youngquist:

Nothing in bylaws about results of email votes.  Need to add language.

Would like to add 3 positions to exec team:  BOS Delegate, BOS Board Member, SSO Lead

H.     Results of email voting--Rachel Youngquist:

a.      January 2024 vote for Vice President:  Susan Garcia Franz was elected to a 2 year term in January 2024.  Never reflected in minutes.

b.      July 2025 vote for moving of funds for EHH:  18 yes votes.  Motion carried.

I.        Elections for 2026—Mindy Howell:  if you’d like to be on the nominating committee, contact Mindy.

a.      Nominating Committee                                                           

                                                        i.      President;  need (President or V.P must be from Salvation Army, Pillars or Advocap)

                                                       ii.      Vice-President; Susan will run again

                                                    iii.      Treasurer;  need

J.       Report to the Community Ad-hoc Committee--Jonathon Pylypiv:  Registration is available so please share.  It is on our website.  Finalizing the brochure.  Invite legislators, policy makers, board members, elected officials.

K.      State of Homelessness Reminder--Rachel Youngquist:  Carrie Poser from BOS will present on Oct. 15 after our FCHC meeting.  Anyone from the community (legislators, policy makers, board members, elected officials) is welcome to attend.  Please share flyer.

L.      Other Business:   Pillars Keys to Hope Sept. 25th at Bubolz,  Latinofest Sept. 6th at Pierce Park, Fox Valley Veteran’s Council has 4 free tickets for an upcoming Packer game available for veterans.
